The class is on Wednesday May 16th at 5:30 pm at the Carlsbad Choice location. This class is about mushrooms, essentially mushrooms 101. We'll talk about what they are and how they can be used medicinally and culinarily. It will be educational, fun, interactive, and loaded with free samples of our new products that contain medicinal mushrooms. We don't however have a specific name for the class, I'm assuming we should have a name
